Our story begins with a love for French cuisine and a desire to share it with others. Carole, our founder, grew up in Marseille, France.

   After moving to the United States, she noticed the absence of an authentic French bakery and decided to bring a piece of her home to her new community.

   Today, Carole's Place continues to be a labor of love. We use only the finest ingredients and traditional techniques to create pastries that are both delicious and beautiful.
